All orders for mobile phones, laptops, accessories, and peripherals are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your unique tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the real-time status of your delivery.
4. Damages & Issues
OurStoreLimited is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by courier services. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly help you coordinate with the courier service to resolve any issues. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing an official claim.
